The training programme comprised a blend of online and offline sessions led by experts from the fields of millet production, processing, and catering. To provide practical exposure, participants were taken on a field visit to KVK, Gonikoppal. Throughout the five days, various millet-based recipes were demonstrated. The recipe demonstrations were conducted by Dr. Mrunal D. Barbhai, emphasizing practical hands-on learning. The participants were encouraged to get involved in the preparation to learn new recipes which would help them to establish millet canteens, thereby promoting the entrepreneurship.
